Our Goal?
Overwhelmed by their success, the Mercedes group Halm needed a more digital and automated approach on their sales and marketing activities.
How did I approach this?
I helped them to simplify their workflows by implementing a lead management system into their existing client management system. Furthermore, I redesigned their marketing to identify new sales opportunities more easily.
