Meet Niv Nowbakht,
Niv is a career coach and consultant that works with people that are looking to lead a happier and more fulfilling (professional) life. He guides professionals in developing the confidence they need to create the life they want. Or personalities that are seeking to communicate better with their co-workers.
Intention
The purpose of our coaching was to generate more sales without increasing the effort to do so. By understanding the target group better and adapting the communication and processes to them we aimed to reach for bigger and/or more profitable clients.
The different steps
1 - Writing proposals
First of all, we developed a clear overview of all his services and defined them in time. This provided him with a useful matrix to calculate his offers. After that, we focussed on building a template that is easy to adapt and provides his (potential) customers with a transparent and easy-to-understand proposal.
2 - Customer journey
To understand his clients' needs and the possibilities they bring better, we defined the different steps a (potential) customer goes trough. To do so we took a look at the different touchpoints with (potential) clients, we set goals we wanted to achieve and then defined KPI's. This made him able to better understand his target group and create (new) opportunities.
3 - Sales
To expand Niv's business, he needed to attract more clients. This goal can be achieved by focussing on 2 things. First of all, speeding up and improving his sales process. This results in making deals within a shorter amount of time. Second of all, I supported him in targetting bigger and more profitable organisations.
4 - Account Management
To have a financially healthy business does not mean you only have to create better margins or attract more clients. Great profit lays within creating satisfied customers. That's why I helped Niv to generate returning revenue out of his existing portfolio. Or create new sales opportunities through referrals from his satisfied customers.
Result
The result of our coaching is that Niv now has a more elevated perspective on his business. He is better orientated, sees opportunities more clearly and is better at communicating with his clients. Furthermore, sales is something he feels confident about and enjoys doing now. Which gives him the ability to increase his revenue extensively.
