Pepperminds is an international field-marketing agency specialised in generating subscriptions, memberships, donors, leads and sales transactions for organisations like WWF, Hello Fresh, Red Cross, BMW and UNICEF.

The story:
I have worked at Pepperminds for almost 5 years. I was one of the first people they took on board in Belgium. At that time, in Q4 of 2012, the company was still in start-up modus, with only 2 employees and hardly 1 million euros of revenue. At the time I left the company almost 5 years later, we have managed to grow the revenue to over 7 million euros with a full-time staff of 30 people and over 450 young sales professionals working for us regularly.
Pepperminds Belgium had developed into the undisputed market leader with over 60% market share in Belgium. Within the international Pepperminds organisation, Pepperminds Belgium had become the reference in customer relationships, people and culture.

My Responsibilities:
Being a key player in growing the company into the undisputed market leader with over 60% market share in Belgium.
Monitoring of strategic customer growth in Belgium with a client portfolio worth more than 4 million euros.
Development and introduction of new services for customers to increase revenue.
Jointly leading and managing over 30 employees and 450+ young salespeople in 7 offices as a member of the management board.
Supporting international offices in Denmark, Germany and The Netherlands in their growth.
