Meet Tiemie,
Tiemie is a direct marketing agency that works with young salespeople that are trying to make a positive impact on the world. They convince people to connect with organisations like Too Good To Go, Bolt Energy and WWF to make a difference for a better future.
The intention:
After a successful first 6 months, Tiemie marked a strong growing curve. To help them prepare their new year and keep them ahead of their growth, they invited me to help them launch 2 new projects, redefine their internal structure and keep the focus on the right things.
The different steps:
1 - Growth Structure
To keep track of their operations, I helped them establish a growth structure that gave them clear, measurable and transparent objectives. This made it easier for everybody in the company to keep track of their own progress and of their department. All within the bigger picture.
2 - Project Management
To make sure that they would keep up with their growth, they needed an extra set of hands to keep them up to speed. As their geographical positioning is very important, I helped them find new pop-up locations and introduce them to the right partners for their marketing activities.
3 - Digital Consulting
To keep better track of their key figures, I helped them analyse the best solution for a digital dashboard by evaluating their needs, prospecting possible partners and analyse costs. Furthermore, I helped them defining the right digital solutions to reach their marketing and recruitment goals alongside several tools that help their daily working life.
The Result:
During my time with Tiemie I helped them clearly define their objectives, focus on the things they are good at and help them work more efficiently. On the other hand I was the extra set of hands to take the lead on the projects that they did not have the time or the experience for at the time.
